Puff can handle the physical demands of motorsport, and racecars can get dangerously hot inside, hot enough to sometimes require special cooling suits.
Puffs do not require these suits. Puffs are tough.

Puffalumps are basically death-proof, however, in this case, I’d just buckled Puff in to go home.

He doesn’t have one. :’( No one’s thought of Puffalump safety over the years, I guess. Also, he’s made of fluff, and a hard, solid helmet meant for a small person might do more harm than good.
